Perfect & Professional Grinding
We have been able to offer one of Eureka’s most popular premium grinders for the home, the Eureka Mignon XL, alongside the La Pavoni traditional machines at a reduced price.
The Mignon XL features premium grinding quality, thanks to Eureka’s patented Diamond Inside burrs (65 mm) that preserve the optimal burrs sharpness longer than any other blade type and ensure a steadier granulometry over time.
Besides this, the XL is also packed with many of Eureka’s most popular features including Silent Technology that reduces grinder sound output in use to around about 60 dB; simple “High Speed” maintenance, without losing the grinding setting; All-purpose rubber coated fork for “Hands-Free” operation, suitable to any kind of filterholder (also naked) due to the special geometry and adjustable support; high-speed grind dispersion; stepless micrometric regulation system for quickly and easily adjusting grind fineness output; and the ACE anti-clumping system which ensures consistently fine grounds make their way out of the grinding chamber.

Cellini Evolution – An improvement from the Classic with a single boiler, heat exchanger and a rotary pump, which provides more consistent pressure, capacity and allows the machine to be either tank filled or plumbed.
