The Cellini Evolution includes all the great features of the Cellini Classic but with an upgraded rotary pump. This not only provides more steam power and responsiveness, it also allows the machine to be connected to a mains water supply (connections included in the box), however it can also run off the in-built water tank. The machine also features upgraded lever steam and hot water controls instead of rotary dials.
